After receiving and unfolding from package, I noticed that a lot of the tulle was still attached to the stitching of the lace embroidery. I could literally pull off each piece of cut tulle that just wasn't removed. Some of the threads on the floral lace detail were cut too close so it's missing some of the detail but it's not super noticeable as a whole. For less than $12 I'm still wearing this in my wedding as it's a nice veil. Just isn't $100 quality veil - hence the price. I hung this up until my wedding in July (it’s May) and the comb has separated from the veil. I’ll have to superglue it. ... show more

I ordered this veil in order to avoid paying upwards to $200 on one from a bridal shop. I ordered ivory and it didnt quite match my gown - closer to off-white. I decided the style was not for me, and inevitably returned this item. The quality was good although it may have needed a bit of straightening up along the edges. This veil is absolutely amazing for the price. it does not look cheap at all! My only issue is that the lace has a right and a wrong side, and when worn over the face the wrong side is facing out. But if you aren't specifically looking for it I doubt anyone could tell. If you plan to wear the veil both sides in back it would be 100% perfect. It's not a super pricey heirloom heritage piece you will pass from generation to generation, so don't expect that. For the price you pay it's great to wear for the event. (I only wore it for photos and walking down the aisle.) The decoration around the edges is one-sided, and doesn't look that great from the other side, but it wasn't a big deal.
