I really like this mirror. It gives a clear undistorted reflection. It was easy to install, no matter which direction it's to be hung. No unsurmountable problems, but there were a couple issues. First, if you're absolutely set on 18 x 24, don't buy this mirror. It is 17-5/8 x 23-1/2. I didn't care, but you might. Also, not the greatest instructions. It took a little effort to figure out from their pictures which way the brackets went on the back of the mirror. They have a built-in level, which would have been a great idea---if it actually had been accurate. None of these issues were show-stoppers for me. I think the mirror's great....but I was able to figure out the mount direction, I have my own level and I don't care that it's a little smaller than advertised. The most important thing for me was the clear undistorted reflection (although it'd be nice if what it reflected were better looking LOL). ... show more

The mirror is quite clear and bright once installed. We installed two. The first one didn't go as smoothly as the second one as the first wall was a bit uneven. The mirror slipped a bit and chipped the bottom left-hand corner. Thus, be sure to keep the plastic protective corners on the bottom of the mirror while installing. Also, the mirror comes with one small adhesive pad in place and then you are to stick on the other depending upon which orientation (vertical or horizontal) that you hang the mirror. The adhesive on the two pads is not very strong and you may want to add some additional glue to them. The "directions" are basically just two pictures. ... show more

I purchased 4 for my garage converted into a gym. It is very easy to set up. and the brackets in the back of the mirrors are strong. Also there are 2 sets of brackets, you can hang them in 2 directions. They look great on the wall. I am purchasing one more.

Well, ordered two mirrors for the bath from the same vendor. Both are indicated as 30"x36" and 30"x48". Actual measurements are 30 and 7/8 tall for the 48" model and 29 and 7/8 tall for the 36" model. You may ask what the heck? but it is as it is. I was unhappy because of that, but it is too late as the contractor installed it and then showed the difference. ... show more
