I bought this set looking for something comfortable for daily wear and intense workouts, and overall I’m happy with them. They’re soft, breathable, and easy to move in. I’ve worn them for walking, moderate to heavy exercise, and even just lounging, and they do the job well in those situations. That said, I would say these are more medium support, not high impact. If you’re doing intense workouts or running, you may want something with more structure.
