I made a big mistake w original review. I had reviewed a totally different garment/purchase. I'm so embarrassed. This one doesn't have lace or itchy straps. It is so nice, this is my 2nd one to purchase. Perfect for under a blazer and skirt suit or dress. No lines show thru. Nice extra layer for cold days when need to wear a skirt or dress. ( Dog show days!!). The satin fabric has a bit of stretch. Measurement chart is correct. "this is the strangest garment I have ever purchased. Is it a slip? No way - the lace would leave a bulky line under a skirt Material for the straps is itchy - too itchy to sleep in. Technically it is large enough in bust and waist but - so wonky. Fit is bizarre - I am not big busted - this would only fit/even partially cover someone whose boobs are almost under their arms and flat as a board. The triangles sewn on top are too far apart - the back rides up - it just feels all twisty no matter how I adjust the straps' length. Who made this pattern? - who tried it on in the design room? Who approved manufacturing this? Who does this fit? Don't even click "add to cart." It really is that strange."

Love the fabric and it is certainly functional so I kept it. But the fit under the arms are very loose. I have an average frame and bust… but my upper body swam in it. For under a cotton dress and no one sees it. And does do what I wanted it to. Better fit would have made this 5 stars
