My granddaughter is almost 7 yrs old now; and she had this phone since she was about 2 or 3 yrs old. It finally broke - even after replacing the batteries, it wouldn't work - that's why I ordered it again. She loves it!

The sound is almost nonexistent. It is way too low, it has to be over your ear to hear anything. Very disappointing. My daughter likes it because it is a Minnie toy phone, but that’s all it has going for it. I thought there were a piece of plastic covering the speaker at first, but that wasn’t the case. My daughter wanted a phone so being obsessed with Minnie we chose this one. Batter life isn't great and the sounds are very quiet. She doesn't play with it now
