    • Poor quality, Damage when arrived
I bought this table back in April 2013. Based on the price and some of the reviews I decided to take a chance. The table arrived to my home by the delivery company and placed it in my garage. The boxed had a few dents but nothing seems to much for the amount of damage the table had when I opened the box. It had chunks missing and cracks on the wood or for better terms **wood like** The problem with this table is that it is not real wood and any hits to it will have the fake wood crumple not like real wood that will just dent. I returned the table and it took about 2 weeks from the company to pick it up. Amazon as always did a great job honoring their return policy. Needless to say my kids where very dissapointed with not being able to use the table, not to mention that I now have a set of pool stick and balls at home but no a table. I decided to look for a used pool table this time from one of the high quality builders made out of real wood... hope this help.. ... show more

Was very reluctant about purchasing a Billiard Table on Line But was glad I did. I got great service from the vendor and a call from the trucking company to set up an appointment for delivery. I was the first delivery for the day which meant I didn't have wasted time. I had to put the table together but the instruction was easy to follow.     • It's fair for what it is
It's a fair table the felt on it like shooting on grass and I've leveled it totally but the felt has so many lumps on it it rolls off gunna replace with cloth

    • Low Quality Table
This table is not of high quality whatsoever. Apart from our dissatisfaction with the quality of the table, the return process has been a nightmare. Not only did we pay $115 to have it shipped to us, but now we must pay to have it sent back plus a 15% re-stocking fee. Add that all up and we're looking at $360 or so. They were unwilling to either waive the re-stocking fee and/or reimburse us for return shipping. I told the customer service agent I spoke with that I would not be doing business with this company ever again and I would make sure to let others know about my disappointment in their product and their service. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift and now everyone involved is out tons of money. The pictures look great, but the quality you receive is very poor. The table has been impossible to balance, which makes it pointless to use. I almost think the other positive reviews left for this table were put on here by the company themselves!! ... show more

    • Great looking pool table!!!
Love the looks and design of table. There where some minor glitches at the manufacture level. There were no predrilled holes, and one of the sides was about 1/8" to long...which made it strenuous to attach. Other than that---Great table!!!

    • TABLE IS JUNK!!!!
This product absolutely sucks!!!!! Cheap craftsmanship, fake wood, table will not level, and my table had a huge stain on the felt which is not replaceable. There was also debris under the felt. Pools sticks are useless. Trying to return it and get my money back is even worse than the product! It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. I would go to your local game room dealer and buy a table from them. I have to give it one star because that's as low as the review will allow. ... show more
