Be sure not to overstuff the machine as it hinders the claw mechanics from functioning and can barely move, much left perform its open and closing movements. Theres a sweet spot of halfway filled or so all the included mini prizes are actually pretty cool. Its a nice novel idea, definitely doesn't work like a true machine but its more cute than functional as it can be difficult for even an adult to "win" something. Fun idea we had was to put candy in it so it takes some brain power to earn a little treat.

This was much smaller than anticipated. It doesn't function properly. The winning comes from a poor set up and the prizes falling out. Don't waste your money - embarrassed to have gifted this.

So this mini claw machine is just that- it’s small. But it’s smaller size makes it easy to use, set up or take just about anywhere. I wasn’t looking for a big claw machine, so this was just perfect. And it comes with it’s own tiny prizes! Cute little balls filled with teeny toys or little stuffier for the kids to win. Now, you can also use your own toys, candy, prizes as well! It will work with just about anything-my son likes putting his Disney Doorables in the machine as the prizes. However, you don’t want to load it up with too many goodies, otherwise the claw won’t be able to move around and grab as well. Other than that, the controls actually work very well. Great for kids of all ages- even young ones. The music can be turned off, which is nice, because I think it’s the same song over and over. It’s easy to set up, pretty simple to operate and the kids love it. It’s good quality and for the price-it’s a good deal. So if you’re looking for a small, table top sized claw machine, I would totally recommend this one and it also would make a fantastic gift!

My kids have a lot of fun with this, they still argue over who's turn it is even weeks after getting it. And the batteries have lasted this long through playing multiple times a day and being accidentally left on for a period of time. It is small but works well for what it is. I like that you can play with the music off too, even though it's a little loud if you're right next to it, the music/noise is tolerable. They are able to get the prizes inside but not every time, so it keeps it interesting. I would recommend.
