The candle holder is stuck into the box with glue, one has to rip the interior paper away from the box to get it out, then the glue is stuck on the candle holder, don't know how or if I am going to get it off. Because there is a little wad of glue stuck to the bottom of the candle holder, the "nice" flat bottom brass candle holder does not sit level when you put it down. Is one supposed to remove the glue? Presumably yes since it interferes with how the candle holder sits, but if so HOW is one supposed to remove the glue? And then to add insult to injury, there is a HOLE RIGHT THROUGH the candle holder which the glue fills - It would surely leak wax if one did remove the glue, so maybe the glue is supposed to be there? These are honest questions for the seller if they read this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this set, not especially nice or meditative, and not cheap either. ... show more

Yes, the candles are small. That was obvious from the description. No, they are not "drip-less" whatever that means. They are still candles made of wax, and wax drips as it melts. The brass holder is somewhat dumb considering it has a hole straight through the middle which wax can leak out of. I glued a little piece of silicone on the bottom of it to hopefully keep it closed. I've only burned one candle so far, but the advertised "20 minute burn time" is also false. Maybe 10 minutes at best. There are likely better options out there if you search around, but for what it is, it's decent. The point is to have a mindful/meditative moment, after all. And that part is on the user.
