The jacket came without charger holder snd battery. Only coat. I called amazon. The had me call a 2nd party distributor and they eould not send parts. Said to return coat for refund. I want the coat with the parts. Now i have to return it and hop i get a new one with everything included without complications. I bougjt 3. 2 were great and my sons love them.     • Doesn't get as hot as it should.
This Hoodia does not get as hot as i expected it to. It is made to hold body heat in and not to warm you. There are three settings, Red- High White- medium Blue- low. Blue doesn't do anything at all. I need to keep it on high and even that setting is to low.
