  • Brrrrrrrap, rap, rap, rap! It works perfectly!
Milwaukee quality is tough to beat! M18 tools share batteries and function great. This impact has surprisingly high torque and the fluid drive is really quiet. This tool is also a very nice size for tight engine bays. A bazillion tools fit the 1/4” drive and are less expensive than 3/8 or 1/2 drive.

  • Great
Wouldn't expect anything else from them.

  • Best compact rattle gun yet
Love the hydraulic drive. Quiet dampened impacts. Loads of power. As a construction professional, I’ve used dozens of different impact drivers. I’d bought one earlier for my son and business partner and when my 9 year old DeWalt started dying, I bought one for myself. Couldn’t be happier.

  • Quality tool
This is the second drill that I have like this. Light weight and a shorter head to get into tighter spaces than other drills. Settings allow you to control the driving process better as well. Not as powerful as older versions, but last longer and more control.

  • Didn’t Last
I have been buying M12 impact drivers for a few years now. I killed a few of them, but usually only after beating the hell out of them. So I decided to upgrade to the next level. Paid quite a bit of money. And it worked great. The batteries never ran out. Then after a little over three months one of the batteries would not charge, so I purchased another. Then one day, because I was waiting on the new battery to charge, I ran the last battery all the way down. And it killed the impact gun. Now with a fully charged battery, it says it has almost no voltage and barely spins (see pic) Just terribly disappointing for the money I paid. So I emailed their support though Amazon and they gave me a link. But it’s out of warranty and they want 119$ to fix it. I’m going to take that money and buy another M12 impact gun. Or maybe try another manufacturer. Dropping 280$ for something that lasted just over 3 months is just painful. I work too damn hard for equipment failure like this. ... show more

  • Great impact driver, wish I had bought one of these years ago
I finally pulled the trigger on an impact driver and this one does not disappoint. Its really quiet and has plenty of power for all "normal" screws. I've only gone through one box of screws but haven't killed the first battery yet so I can't comment on the longevity. It would be nice if Milwaukee used the smart electronics in this driver to improve how the tool performs when you loose grip on the fastener. Currently when you have the trigger squeezed and start stripping the fastener it goes to full speed which wears your bits down faster. It should be able to sense the immediate decrease in torque while trigger position hasn't been changed and cut power or reduce speed nearly instantly. ... show more
