Got this as a gift for my SIL for Christmas, so I had to wait for her to open it to be able to review it. She said 'it's cozy and comfy and cute'. I don't know her exact measurements, but she's slim (and prefers mediums over smalls, although she'd fit in smalls just fine). I got her a medium, and it fit her fine. The sleeves are balloon-like as shown in the description photo, but I didn't realize it was going to be somewhat cropped. My SIL is wearing a regular fitted tee under it, and the tee peeks out the bottom of the sweater for sure... the sweater hits at her high waist (she does not have a long torso), and is not at all long and tucked in like the way it is shown in in the description photo. She likes it, so that's good.
