  • Beautiful Crib, Terrible Packaging
Color: Espresso
Honestly, I fell in love with this crib when my mother persuaded me to spend $250 more than my original pick, which was a Delta crib. When this one arrived it seemed fine from the outside, but upon opening it we found the fanciest most prominent piece completely snapped in half (the back top bar that is curved). I was heartbroken, since this is a first experience for me, having my first child. I would expect better quality packaging for a rather expensive quality piece of furniture. Putting it together based off the instructions was a tad tricky for my boyfriend and I and we are fairly handy. We figured it out but it took about an hour to out together and some pieces we had to remove come to find out we pieced it together incorrectly. I skipped going through Amazon returns (I heard rumors that Amazon would just ship another entire crib most likely and I didn't want another one for free and to put together again, just the replacement part) and went directly to the manufacturer for the replacement part and after 10 emails back and forth I hope to have the broken piece arriving soon. Overall, this crib is stunning and I would still recommend it. Hopefully Million Dollar Baby takes better precautions on wrapping such fragile pieces before placing them in the main box. And hopefully the replacement comes in one solid piece. ... show more

  • False Advertising.
Color: Espresso
The drawer is NOT 2 separate drawers as it appears to be. it's one solid drawer with a divider in the middle. anyone could've thrown a divider in there if they really wanted to. smh. they also say it's a 4in1... lies. they send you the parts for 3 stages and then you have to spend another $120 for the full size bed conversion kit that I found on another site (and that's the cheaper price for the conversion kit)!! ... show more

  • It's Been Two Years and Still Wonderful
Color: Espresso
Update: It's been over two years and this bed is standing up well. At eighteen months we put the toddler on and it too is still holding up. We have absolutely no regrets in purchasing this crib. The color is beautiful; the size is perfect; the drawer on the bottom is so awesome to store extra blankets and sheets in. ... show more

Color: Espresso
This crib was absolutely horrible. I purchased it because it was recommended as being comparable to the baby cache monaco crib that I bought for my first daughter which was discontinued. When I took it put of the box it looked like it had already been used, scratches and dings on almost every piece. If the damage wasn't bad enough there was a horrible chemical smell. So even if it was in good condition I wouldn't have felt comfortable having my baby sleep in it, the smell was that strong. Thankfully I was able to return and get a full refund. ... show more

  • Bottom Line: You'll LOVE the price, but you'll just have to be okay with some flaws.
Color: Espresso
I'm pretty mixed about this crib. I love the price, but I'm annoyed by how easily the soft wood scratches. It looks beautiful (but we will see how long it stays that way) and it feels sturdy enough for me to put our baby in it- so I'm satisfied but not thrilled. Just to comment on the assembly, it wasn't too bad. Just have a second set of hands and follow the directions. Lay out the pieces beforehand, and if you've done some Ikea furniture before, you'll be just fine! Pros: - The price is phenomenal! We had initially purchased a similar crib at Babies R Us, but this looks almost identical for the fraction of the price. I'm talking over $200 difference! - It's beautiful. Hands down, it exceeded my expectations with the general over all look. Really makes the nursery/ guest room look quite classy. Cons: - I agree with several of the comments that it scratches pretty easily. My cat used it as a jungle gym a little bit when we had it in the living room for installation, but she's declawed.... and there were still scratch marks all over it from just jumping in and out of the crib. (Again, she doesn't have claws, just paw pads!). Also, I can easy indent the soft wood with my fingernails with some light pressure. - It came with some small damages in the wood. I'm sure I could have gotten a replacement, but it ended up being a hidden piece of wood, so I didn't bother. Otherwise, the packaging was great. ... show more

  • Did not live up to my expectations
Color: Espresso
So from the beginning of my pregnancy, had my heart set on this crib. Nothing else would do. We bought all the conversion kits at the same time, so when the time came we have it all. But, major downside- rails do not come down. It's beautiful, sturdy, stylish... but prepare to break your back everytime bending over into the crib. Also the drawer underneath is extremely flimsy. I was hoping for more from such an expensive crib. ... show more

  • Beautiful crib, Easy to assemble!
Color: Warm White
This is a REALLY beautiful Crib, my family and friends have all said it is gorgeous, and I agree! The instructions were easy, and it was simple to put together for my husband an I. We did have a broken L bar at the top, but the seller sent us a replacement in a prompt manner, and the finished crib looks amazing. My husband an I decided to add handles to the draws (which was not too hard to do) to make it easier for opening. I was able to fit a skirt on it easily to hide the underneath. ... show more

  • It's Ok
Color: Espresso
We bought this for our first grandbaby because it's what my daughter in law wanted. First off I will say that this is a beautiful crib. However it does scratch super, super easy, but it is sturdy. The directions were just ok, thankfully my husband has put many things together. In my opinion I don't think it is worth the money they are asking for it. ... show more
