The wheels light up beautifully. The design of the skates themselves is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately the plastic under the skate is really light weight and not sturdy feeling at all. I wish it were metal. The wheels also wouldn't spin freely with any loosening of the nuts. I had to lubricate them to get them to really spin much at all. I haven’t put them to use yet. They came in a plain box with the skate bag included. The skates were rapped in a clear plastic grocery bag. The material is a little different than expected. I will try them out one day soon.

My daughter absolutely loves the skates! She states in them every day. I was however, very upset to find out they reeked of smoke. But I didn’t have the heart to send them back as my daughter was very excited to use them. It makes me think twice about buying used products on Amazon. Great skates for the price and I like that they come in a travel case with extra bearings and a skate tool but just wish they had a little more foot support on the inside. The toe area is also pretty narrow so not ideal fit for wide feet. I probably could've gone up a size but I prefer to have a tight skate than a looser fitting one. ... show more

All the bearings on these skates are ABEC-7 whereas they advertise having more durable ABEC-5 bearings. In addition to this, these run VERY large. I normally wear 6-6.5 in women's shoes. I ordered the size 5.5 and they were way too big, so I ordered the size 5, and they fit, but then I noticed that both pairs had the ABEC-7 bearings. Some of the bolts holding the wheels on were rusting and they are, in general, made VERY cheaply. I'm pretty disappointed, and frustrated that they straight up lied about the bearings... ... show more

Super cool look with rainbow foil lightning bolts. Wheels light up, and the carry/ storage back is an extra bonus. The black ones hide the scuffs and make them looking new longer.
