It’s cooling and yes its different and pretty cool looking but oh my gosh, does it dry out your lips! BAD. For cheek stains it works. But if you’re looking for a lip stain be warned! This product on your lips will dry them up like a 2000 year old mummy, in a matter of seconds. Not sure what ingredient causes it, but if you want a lip stain SAVE your money . This product is awful. My teen daughter and I both tried this and instantly noticed all of the moisture drained out of our lips. My daughter still Uses it on her cheeks but as for a lip stain try Elf or another lip stain. This sucks.
