I got these for my brother who has a model town for his trains. We were very impressed how much they reminded us of the ones we use to get and play with as kids. Well made and offers lots of options.

One of our older great-nephews has joined the Army and his parents are invested in "military" toys for his two younger brothers. This set is awesome and I know they will use it a lot. The set includes at least 10 military vehicles, numerous accessories to use for the base and 12 servicemen. Everything comes in a very nice teal-colored bin with a clear lid, handle and plastic closure clips on each side. There's a nicely decorated, explanatory cardboard sleeve over the center of the storage bin, making it very giftable. Someone was really thinking...there's even extra room in the bin to accommodate additional items, which you rarely see. The plastic items are a bit on the thinner side but still do look sturdy enough for reasonable play. At $25, I think this is a great buy and I highly recommend.

Less than one day in, and the spring mechanisms to launch missiles is already broken on almost all of the launchers.

What a great set! It's all plastic but is very well built. It's not cheap at all. All the tanks shoot the red missiles. Some of the vehicles have the pull back and let go mechanism. The buildings are fun to make little bases with and then have the tanks roll in. It's great fun. My 6 year old has been playing with this non stop. It comes with it's own case and it's big. There's so many different pieces. And everything fits inside with a lid that locks in place. Very very happy with this set.
