I was able to feel their effect instantly when I used them to play ps4 on TV. They reduce the strain that is caused by the TV light big time. They are also helpful with computer screens. I have them on most of the time even if I am not looking at a screen and even though I have just received them a couple of days ago. They are light and comfortable so they don't slide down like regular heavy glasses. Their big size makes them even more effective because they cover more light area and they block wind movement near the eye which keeps the eyes hydrated. The first time you try them might give a weird feeling which makes you think they are giving you a headache, but that's because you're eyes are adjusting to the new light waves. There is a little bit of eye reflection (you can see the reflection of your eyes) but you can ignore it if you try to and it is unnoticeable in a room with enough light. The designs are ok, I like the black and the dark red-metallic (pink is good for girls) ones and I feel I can wear them outside, but not the others. I was hoping if it would let me select what designs I want. Other than that, they all do what is important the most (block harmful light), so I would totally recommend these for someone feeling eye strain from staring at screens.

They enclosed a card and a little blue light emitter that lets you test the efficacy of the glasses. You place the glasses over the white part of the card, then you shine the blue light through the glasses onto the white part to see the level of reaction. This is measured by a purple spot on the card. We tested these glasses against other blue light glasses that we know to be legit and effective - these glasses performed as well or better than others on the irradiation test. They also look cute, so there’s that.

I love that you get so many for the price. They work great and I've received a lot of compliments on them. I love having several pairs because I always lose them and even gave a couple to family. You do have to clean them frequently because they smudge easily. But They really do help when staring at screens all day!
