My first test was our bathroom mirror where "someone" in our family can't seem to brush their teeth without splattering toothpaste all over the mirror. It worked like a charm, leaving the mirror clean and streak free, and smelled incredible doing it! But let's be honest, you can do the same thing with water, sans the incredible scent. Toothpaste is not difficult. Next, the bottle says you can use it in your shower. Did it remove the hard water stains from my shower door? Lol, that's cute. But let's be honest, again. Not even a steam cleaner can remove that nonsense. The only things I know that can tackle hard water stains are hard core cleaners designed for it or a mix of dish soap and vinegar sprayed on with some baking soda thrown on top and then scrub, scrub, scrub your little heart out. (Did the product claim too much when they said you could use this in your shower? Well, not everyone has hard water, so NO, they did not; and I will happily use this in my shower for regular cleaning.) So, I thought to myself, what haven't I cleaned in a while that is really grimy and can really put this product to the test? The outside of my windows! Except it is 40 degrees outside and that's not happening. Ok, I have a husband who likes to explode his food in the microwave; so off to the microwave we go. I opened the door and draped a towel over half the door and sprayed the Mighty Mint cleaner on the other half. Then I removed the towel and patted a wet washcloth on the other half just to get it wet. I waited 60 seconds and then took the wet wash cloth to the water side. Then I took a dry cloth to the Mighty Mint side. Was it way easier to clean the Mighty Mint side? Uh . . . yes!! Absolutely! Did I become inspired to clean the rest of the microwave when I hadn't intended to on this Saturday morning when I promised myself some couch time? Yeah. Does it work better than dish soap? Well, that's a test for another day. Do you deserve to work with a product that smells intoxicatingly, wonderful while you clean up after your darling little mess-makers? Decent cleaner with a wonderful smell that is similar to Wrigley's doublemint gum. I wanted to love love this glass cleaner but I'm only successful in having it streak free with extra time wiping and using a microfiber cloth. When I used paper towels I would always end up having a streak. Despite the windows, this is an good overall cleaner for other surfaces. ... show more

    • Effective product with a great scent
I usually just mix water with straight vinegar when making a DIY glass cleaner. However, this product adds a great spearmint scent to that formula that leaves a great smell when you are all done. The residual smell of a DIY vinegar spray can be a little off-putting until it dries and the vinegar scent dissipates. If you don't want that smell, this product is perfect for you. The cleaner performs just as you'd expect too. I didn't experience any streaks on my glass shower doors and it fully removed the water stains that were on them. The glass cleaner works well. If you use a microfiber cloth with it, glass will be streak free. I didn't get a streak free finish when I used regular bounty towels. I don't know if this was because of the towel lint or some other factor. One thing I noticed is that the ingredients were general. For other mighty mint products, it is clear that the peppermint concentration is 4%, and there is a listing of other ingredients. ... show more

I am impressed with this glass cleaner it works great on glass & mirrors or shiny surfaces like tile, it sprays on easily and wipes off cleanly, I didn't notice any smears or streaks, the cleaner also has a pleasant refreshing peppermint scent which helps makes cleaning enjoyable and the house smelling refreshed, since I have pets I appreciate the spray is non-toxic and uses plant based natural ingredients (since my dogs like to lick the sliding glass door), the bottle is clear so you can see how much cleaner is left, and the sprayer works nicely, besides for cleaning glass, it can clean up most other kitchen hard surfaces like microwaves, stovetops and more. This minty glass cleaner does a nice job on my mirrors, although I still have to go back over a few spots with a dry cloth to remove remaining streaks. But this minty glass cleaner does a pretty good job. And, it doesn’t permeate my fingers like Windex does.

This is a good cleaner! In terms of efficacy and lack of streaks, it seems to work as well as Windex. But, this has a very natural pleasant smell that makes the room smell fresh and clean without being overwhelming or chemical-y.
