These are really cute and affordable cowboy boots. The red is a nice deep color. The material isn’t real leather, that is to be expected at this price. They look nice and will go with a number of different outfits. Comfort is about average for cowboy boots. And sizing is accurate. I size up because with my wider feet I usually need the extra room in boots like these. But if you have narrow feet you can get your regular size. The height is a good fit on me and come up to the upper part of my calf. The width around the calf is pretty standard. Not really wide calf but people with very thin legs might find these a little too big. I feel like these are a decent value with a coupon that brings the price down a tiny amount. Hitting below the $40 point would be a little better. But it’s close enough that it is worth the current price. ... show more

These boots are definitely only for show and not for wearing them all day. I got these to wear as a costume for a party because I wanted to dress up as ted from how I met your mother which they worked perfect for, but my feet were extremely sore after only wearing them for a few hours. The soul of the boot is pretty thick and durable, so it didn't matter if I was going crazy with my buddies or not, they still held on through the night and they were able to keep my feet pretty warm. I've been wearing cowboy boots for decades-- but lately I Haven't had the cash to invest in a full-fledged boot made by a western wear manufacturer. Such boots costs hundreds of dollars but also last for years. Recently, I bought a pair of what I consider more "decorative" cowboy boots from a name brand women's shoe manufacturer and I loved them but they didn't last six months. Now, these boots are cheaper than ALL of those previous named options. They were well-packed, the material is soft. There is no zipper or elastic to help get the foot into the boot, but the boot slipped on easily because of the fact that they are not stiff like traditional western boots. They are comfortable. And more forgiving than real cowboy boots, so these won't need an intense break-in period. I suspect they will wear quickly, but for a decorative and fun pair of shoes-- not a functional, working boot-- these are an amazing option. I am very pleased. ... show more

These live up to the positive reviews. Very nice quality, very comfortable. They came with padding to help them maintain their shape during shipping. I have gotten so many compliments. I wore them with just hosiery the first time, so they are a little roomy but with socks they will be perfect. I ordered these for a night out with my neighbors to do a western theme date night with our husbands. These are really comfortable. They aren’t real leather and you can tell but cowboy boots are really pricey so unless you’re going to wear them all the time these are the affordable way to go.
