I was waking up with sore throats and overall not sleeping well so I researched ways to help with these issues and decided to try this sleep tape. I like how there's a little breathe hole in the center. It stays in place, but is easy to remove. Highly recommend it.

The mouth tape helped me reduce my open mouth while sleeping and thus helped me with quality sleep using my CPAP machine. Did not hurt when removed. Very comfortable while sleeping.

These are easy to apply and easy to remove. I like the little breathing hole. For those reason 3 stars. My husband still tapped me in the night to roll over because I was snoring.

First time trying something like this. Used after injury requiring only back sleep. Actual patches are easy to peel off and use, stick well so do pull very little. No residue or skin reaction at all. I found them a little wide lipped but I folded edges and ends over very slightly which also helped with removal. Work as expected and I’m happy with the product. Recommend ... show more

It wasn’t great, and it wasn’t terrible. I gave it a few days and I didn’t think it was super sticky. It was my go with this sort of thing, though, so I don’t know.

This product works well and does the job. Stays on all night to stop dry mouth when using CPAP. I am very surprised. So far it does not irritate the skin. I Will BUY THIS ONE AGAIN.

I have been looking for a mouth tape product after using packing tape for my lips that didn’t stick well with my CPAP. This mouth tape sticks very well, even with a little chapstick on my lips because it goes beyond the mouth. I love it and will order again when I need a refill.
