Excellent product keeping in mind this is not a replacement for normal vacuuming but an assistant to keeping you floors clean especially when you have dogs tracking in dirt on a daily basis. The wife loves it and wish we got one years ago. It is based under the entertainment system so it lives in the living room but completely out of sight. It finds its way home every time without the required recommended clear areas of 3 ft. to each side and 5 ft. in front of base unit. We have an area rug with pad and side fringe. This is thick for a general area rug but the Eufy has no problem going on to this rug even with the side fringe of about 2". The height is so low this is one of the only vacuums that will go under our furniture to clean. Other vacuums at 3" or taller would not work for our furniture. We have only had this for about two weeks and just love it. The dogs (2 Labs) looked at it funny the first couple of days but are used to it now and they just go outside when it starts. The remote is great as you don't need to download another app to drain the battery on the phone and both my wife and i can use it easily as we don't both need the app on our phone. Love the remote instead of having an app for another $100.00. We have been getting 1 hour and 50 minutes run time consistently for the past two weeks, which is great. It covers the main area of the house on a daily basis and keep the floors clean. Great for a house with furry pets. You will need to clear the floor of cords and other items on the floor (Socks, ETC.) but this should be a no brainer. Great product arrived quickly and seems well built. Manual covers all functions. Works great as expected. Lives up to the reviews as one of the best robotic vacuums one the market especially for the price, saving hundreds over the other in the market that won't provide full specifications. ... show more

Let’s talk about Eufy... these parts are fine and do exactly what they are supposed to do. My Eufy vacuum (which I noticed Amazon has removed from my orders list probably because I wrote a somewhat negative review) post-warranty is a BIG PROBLEM. Numerous people have complained about the same issue that I have, which is that the vacuum suddenly stops being able to recharge and beeps incessantly. I notice if I hover over it and really work at it I can get it to take a charge, but it is clear that the intent is that nobody would want to do that and that they would just buy another Eufy. And that is where their marketing scheme goes awry. There is no way I would ever buy another EufyHome just based on this annoying warranty issue alone. I wrote to customer service at Eufy and was told, “it sounds harsh, but we can’t help you now that the warranty has expired.” I am a customer who has bought these replacement bits more than once, and was happy with the little vacuum up until the warranty expired. I would’ve been perfectly happy to buy a more expensive part for it to keep it running. But Eufy wants customers to buy another vacuum. Which is exactly what I will do. Filters and side brushes were perfect. The roller bar was a little bigger than the original. It looked just like it, but it was very tight to install and the vacuum stopped and flashed red lights, because it was too tight to spin, when it came on. I used my electric foot file to sand the square end down just a bit :) and now it works great. ... show more

The Robovac was simple to set up. I have hard floors and no carpets in my home. 90% of my furniture has clearance for the vac to maneuver. I set it to standard suction. The vac moves in a random pattern. I was skeptical about the random pattern relating to effective cleaning. However, after using it for about one month, I love the vac. The vac runs between 90-120 minutes before redocking at the charger. I use the schedule program and auto to clean 2x during the day on at least 4 days a week, sometimes more. The remote works great. I have not tried the edger program, however I have used the manual program to direct motion. Works well. I am amazed that dust fills the receptacle every time! I monitored some areas to see the vac’s efficiency. I found that after the 4th cycle, the monitored areas were vacuumed. I am totally pleased with the Eufy Robovac 30C. Tip: Before running the vac move electrical cords or any stringlike items on the floor. They will tangle in the rotor brush. It happened to me. Also pick up any items on the floor that may lay flat on the floor. (Fringed throw rug). Also, I have stairs and the vac always stops at the steps and has never fallen. Perfect replacement parts, but cheaper knockoffs seem to work adequately for less. I bought eufy OEM replacements to use with my 11s (which I love!) and some from a knockoff part supplier, LesinaVac. The eufy parts are obviously better made but the LesinaVac parts fit, form, and function seem adequate and are a lot cheaper. The only part I would not trust as much is the light blue plastic pre-filter. The eufy original fits very tightly but the LesinaVac one fits closely, but not AS closely. The white disposable filters and the black foam filter parts are slightly thicker on the LesinaVac ones and I don't know if that will make the unit work harder than it is supposed to or not, so that’s a “watch”. But no complaints about the eufy OEM parts except for price. ... show more
