I love hoops, and these became my staple! They are a great size. My ears are very sensitive and they have never given me problems. The only thing that can be a bit obnoxious is that they aren't a full circle, so my lanyard often gets caught when I'm taking it off.

The hoop earrings were definitely giftable, the weight was comfortable, they actually looked expensive. Sadly though, I had to return them. The post was too loose, kept falling off the back of the earring. The first time this happened, I found the back post but the second time around I was not so successful. I sadly return them and vowed never to purchase hoop earrings with a separate post. I now prefer the hoop earrings to be one solid piece, possibly with a jump ring attached. ... show more
