I love this perfume! Definitely my favorite, but it was delivered without any perfume left inside due to what looked like, the glass not being screwed on to the lid/sprayer. So I have an empty bottle. Absolutely not a drop of oerfume even in it. I went through the customer help and the text said it would "look into this further" with no further reply or solution to fixing the issue. ???? Could you send a replacement, please or at least reimburse for the perfume vial? ... show more
