Extreme duty & quality - I have learned that what I really needed was a smaller duty recovery rope for the 3800 lb. weight of my vehicle, but I'm never going to need stronger. This 30,000 'lb. rope will be like a chain in strength because my Scout has no HP. The good is It'll never break it & be probably a lifetime purchase. I have used it to dead pull a Mercedes Sedan out of a snow drift. Wasn't stretched much, but you can tell it's tough as hell. I ordered the Mediware soft shackles they make as well. Two are a must have - because no new vehicles seem to put recovery hooks on them. With a 30' rope & two shackles you can sometimes make a hook through open rims and when in snow and ice and get a straight drag or pull w/o the towed vehicles wheels turning. ... show more

Nice rope a little on stiff side . Soft shackles are gray not orange. Knot ends are Huge compared to many of my other ones, but will do the job good abrasive protection sleeve. Seems like a decent setup.
