My daughter has a bulldog which she rest a rug after I vacuum the rug I spray with this and waited until the rug dried and vacuum again. It takes the smell out and sanitize as well.

There are some cleaners from Method that have such a strong smell and I'm so glad that this is not one of them. It definitely has a smell but it isn't over powering. I actually quite like the smell. I use this cleaner on our table and countertops after making a meal and eating, just to make sure everything is disinfected and ready to go for the next meal. I also use it to disinfect our puppy's crate and then wipe it down afterwards with water. The scent doesn't linger too long after it's wiped off which is also a plus for me and my allergies. The only downside of this spray is that it does take a full 10 minutes of sitting to properly disinfect whatever surface your spraying it on, as opposed to other brands which only take 10 seconds. I have searched for a good cleaner that cleans and disinfects and yet does not have a strong chemical smell. I cannot tolerate chemical smells in any way, I have a condition that makes it hard to breathe if the smell is strong. Its very hard to find a good cleaner that doesn't bother me.
