Nice sturdy cabinet. Came well packed. Only one small ding in a back panel. Clear and easy instructions. One thing though is to note that it is a very heavy box, well over 70 lbs. We just had the one UPS person hauling it from the truck to the house. He struggled with it. Tried to help but it really needed two strong people to carry the box. For the price I expected something that was a bit studier in the assembly. The assembly was hard because a lot of the holes didn’t line up no matter what I did. I’m nervous about it holding up but we’ll see. It took me a while to put together. It’s a really gorgeous color. Great storage. I haven’t used the digital lock yet but I’ll update when I do.

I bought two cabinets, one as a pantry, the other for storage. It was easy to put together, the instructions were very good and i appreciate providing a screw driver and extra screws. it came with a few dents but nothing that would prevent the cabinet from being put together. Metal tiger was very responsive. I would buy it again

This cabinet arrived well packaged. It was protected by thick cored carboard on all sides and metal corner protectors inside the main box. There was very minor damage to the outside box, not surprising due to the size and weight of this type of package. The cabinet went together very easily. The instructions indicate it is a 2 person assembly, but you can get by with one person if you have enough space to leave it on the ground and roll it to different sides while putting it together. I found halfway through the assembly that the minor damage to the outer box must have damaged the locking mechanism. It is not a very sturdy lock and it is easily damaged. I was able to open it up and repair it, but this lock isn't going to stop anyone determined to get in. You can pop the lock into pieces with any cheap pocket knife or maybe even just a quick tap with a fist. While it has metal components for the main cylinder and the connection to the locking pins in the door, the main locking feature is held in place entirely by the plastic housing. Popping it apart would easily let you bypass the locking mechanism and open the cabinet but then the lock will obviously be broken into. The lock quality isn't a huge problem, as you can replace it with any small cylinder lock, which I had extra of on hand. The cabinet itself is well made, there are no exposed fasteners to the outside. I would not call it a safe but it will do good enough to keep children from getting into it and to control who has access to the contents from a safety perspective. Great option for garage tools or chemicals that you don't want unsupervised hands getting into. If you are looking to keep away thieves look elsewhere. While it is a good metal cabinet I am confident it could be broken into easily with a crowbar in little to no time. The shelving is sturdy and the pegboard is a great feature. Be aware that the pegboard position is limited to the pictured location in the product listing images. I wanted it midway down the cabinet and to have several shelves above it, so I had to use my own hardware and drill new mounting holes.

I needed to quickly find a decent sized cabinet with a digital lock to securely store some equipment at work. The MetalTiger cabinet was the only one I could find that fit my requirements. For the price, the quality is as you expect. Metal is a bit thin but everything seems sturdy enough. Set aside a couple of hours to put it together. The instructions say it requires two people, but I was able to easily do it myself. Only issue I had was the plastic panel covering the locking mechanism behind the digital lock was damaged upon arrival, but it did not affect the functionality of the lock. I would prefer that the digital lock had 0-9 keys instead of only 1-5, but it allows for fairly long passwords to make up for it.

I ordered this cabinet because it was affordable. It arrived packaged very fell, they really thought of everything to protect it from getting damaged bent or anything. I will order another one soon. I love the digital lock option over key because I tend to lose the keys, awesome good looking cabinet. AAA+ all around product

We use this cabinet for locked storage of electronic devices. This attractive metal cabinet (blue) does exactly what we hoped it would do. It arrived in perfect shape and after assembly (a 3 hour job for one person), it locks well and keeps our electronics from disappearing. I'd definitely buy another if we need one.
