Got these legs to set up a temporary table next to my utility sink using doubled-up 3/4" plywood as a top. They will be fine for that 1) because it's not required to be pretty and 2) because I won't be moving it. The legs are straight and level with no twist or out-of-square and the feet are humongous. They'll be fine on a cement floor, but I might be looking for something a bit less industrial if the table was going on a vinyl or wood floor. Since there's no lateral bracing included, caution is warranted in situations where routine movement is required. The finish is OK and there's no sloppy welding, but these are definitely more dorm room or garage (or utility room) grade, rather than something for the living or dining rooms. One area where I do have a slight criticism is with the provided screws. They are a bit too long, even for a 1-1/2" thick top and they are definitely WAY too light. I'm using #10 x 1-1/4" truss head sheet metal screws and only using about 2/3 of the holes, holding the rest in reserve in case some future bump strips them out. At a current post-coupon price of $70, these are an OK value for what they are. However, it's possible to find industrial looking legs with a more typical weight rating and/or nicer looking "kitchen table" legs for the same or less. ... show more
