This metal sheets work great with my Brother scan n cut DX230dx. I find that sheets cut nicely with a standard blade for the dx230dx. They are nice for making dog tags or memorial tags or engraving designs on them. Work well for me would purchase again if needed.

Overall it is great and the rounded corners are a nice touch. Anodized sides have minimal scratches that are barely noticeably. Only, complaints I have is when I ordered in Oct'24, the black came in a matte which was beautiful. More recently they have been coming in a semi-gloss with no options to choose. Also, would be nice to have an Orange version as well.

Although other vendors of anodized aluminum products state they are perfect for outdoor applications, the Zoom sheets fade in the sun within a few weeks. I reached out to Zoom support and was told that these sheets are not suitable for outdoor conditions: "Unfortunately anodized aluminum doesn’t do well outside. You would do better with a stainless steel material such as grade 316 and laser engraving. I hope there was nothing in our advertising to lead you to believe they would do well outside. If so send it to us and we will be sure to clarify it or take it down."
