I love how lightweight they are compared to my previous shoes that now seem so clunky. And low profile! I feel like I could parkour—though I won’t. Already, mind blown! I ordered my usual size but had to return and size down. I wear a woman’s 9, usually, so I first got a men’s 8. There was a good half inch or so of room. Researched and found that every *half size* is 1/8” difference. Ordered a size 7 and they’re perfect. Still about 1/4” of wiggle room for the toes. As is recommended. Feels right. The arch support works well for me. I have an average arch under my foot, I think. As far as the spectrum goes in terms of high arch or flat feet. They’re wide enough, thinking the womens shoes run more narrow. Plus, I love the lichen green color. Wish they had the heel loop to pull the shoes on more easily. The shoe tongue is attached on the inside and is a little annoying but it’s comfortable once the laces are tied. Glad to swap for these and donate my old pair. Worth the money if the shoe fits! Anticipating to wear these for years.

Just received them today. I bought (and usually wear) a 14. They're the right size. Little disappointed though because the right shoe has a pressure point with some discomfort on the inside-side of the ball of my foot. I'm hoping it will go away with wear and not cause blisters down the road. I took a picture that shows the inner lining bunching up in that area. Left shoe has no issue... bummer because this was the last pair available right now so if you're looking for a 14, I'm sorry. Otherwise I think they look and feel lovely. To nitpick, the laces could have been slightly longer to allow for double-knotting. I've never seen Merrell make a size 14. 'bout time!!

Must disclose this is my first "minimalist/bare foot" shoe, I have no history to pull from. I read multiple reviews critical of the arch support- maybe I have high arches?... maybe I don't know any better?... but these have got to be the most comfortable pair of shoes I've worn. Fit was great right out of the box, and is getting better with every step. Initial plans were to use these as my weight training and walking gear, especially while out on the road. These have quickly become my daily go to for life. Training, walking, hiking, traveling, driving, casual wear... these things are great. Will be buying another pair to split the duty.

Got my shoes, they looked a little bit small before putting them on. Once I did and kept them in for hours now, they have broken in nicely. I have a wide foot, but loosening up the laces help at the widest part of my foot. I love the low cut and color, it's exactly what I was looking for! So far so good

Merrell, just because you can introduce new lineups of the same series, doesn’t mean you need to. Still zero drop, still well constructed but gone is the minimalism and wide fit that was so comfortable in early models. Unless they bring back the wide toe box again, this is my last pair of several I’ve owned.

These are easily the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I wear them as my daily and they double as a particularly comfortable shoe for hiking/trail running. Ive been wearing them every day for over a year and have finally worn through the inner soles at the toe (which are sewn in). I just added new soles to them because the tread is still good and they aren’t awfully worn down elsewhere. I’ll likely buy another pair. Additionally, my heels extend out pretty far and I typically have problems with most shoes that have a hard backing on the heel (rubbing/blistering). I’ve had no such issues with these.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look incredible and I've got an older pair of Merrell Vapor Gloves that fit...well, like a glove. So I expected a similar fit for these. They fit true to size so the length of the shoe wasn't a problem but the midfoot was extremely narrow and the Trail Glove 6 actually hurt my feet before I even took my first steps in them. I took a quick walk up and down the hallway and I had to take them off. It's a shame when minimalist shoes get over-engineered.

Having worn multiple past versions of this same shoe, I was surprised that this version (6) has a huge arch support in the middle of the shoe. This made it very uncomfortable to wear and I had to return them; every step felt like a large bump was right under the middle of my foot. The shoe was also quite difficult to put on because the laces come up high and leave a pretty small opening for the foot to get in. My feet are long and narrow, and to my surprise this shoe felt as if it was built for an even more narrow foot, which I've never encountered before. Before buying this shoe, I read most of the 1 and 2 star reviews that complained about mostly the same things. People who wore previous versions of this shoe were particularly critical of this version, and instead of listening to that, I was optimistic that maybe it just wouldn't be so bad. Unfortunately, they were right, and I should have never bought these shoes. It goes to show how much I liked the previous versions.. I wore them for many years until absolutely falling apart, and I was desperate to like the new ones so I could continue having excellent shoes. The fact is that Merrell has killed this shoe, but hopefully they can resurrect it in a future version.
