These fit true to size. They fit really well the first time. I bought them for an upcoming trip and worried I would need to break them in but they felt like a great fit, so I decided to wear them to work the next day. I walk a lot when working, 2 miles in, who knows how many more at work and 2 miles back. With most shoes, big mistake. With these, not an issue. They are lighter than expected and very comfortable. I've only had them a little while, so I can't speak to durability or anything else, just that I was able to buy them, put them on and walk 4+ miles without any discomfort or blistering. I got these because they are offered in wide, decent color and are mostly waterproof. I feel a little bit taller when wearing this; great for a short gnome like myself. They actually can be slipped on, with no hands involved sort of like slippers. Really convenient for a quick outing in inclimate climate like muddy ground where they do well due to the gnarly tread. One downside is my foot become clammy, which is a problem with most gortex or waterproof shoes I hear. As long as I don't wear them all day it's fine. I probably would not go on a hike with these as that can become uncomfortable, especially if your feet get wet, they take longer to dry out compared to sneakers. I've heard this sentiment also echoed by seasoned long distance hikers, one of which actually prefers sneakers on hikes. ... show more

I do like this shoe very much and it did meet all my criteria.The only slight issue I had was with the color which was a little lighter than I would of preferred but wasn’t as bad as the ones I sent back.I would recommend this product. I bought these for an up coming hiking trip to the Canadian Rocky mountains. I have spent the last few weeks breaking them in and all has gone great. Shoes fit my feet perfectly and have had not issues. Currently up to 6 miles and 1000 feet of gain with no foot pain.

I got a pair just a day before long hiking trip to Iceland. No issues hiking mountains for two weeks. The only pair of shoes I used the entire trip, washed them a couple of times along the way.

Size: 11.5 Color: Beluga
Great fit after a very short break in. Nice wide toe box, good arch support and enough cushioning for rocky trails. I have a narrow foot and a medium fits well. Vibram soles provide toughness and grip. The shoes are fairly breathable and the Gortex does help keep your feet dry going though wet spots but not in heavy rain storm or stream crossing.
