I'm so happy with this dress. I am 5 foot 2. It is probably too long but that's nothing new for short people. I usually would buy a medium but in this dress I sized up to large because I did not want it to be too tight in the hips or bust. I'm glad I did. It is a very comfortable fit. I will have to have some alterations in the neck and under arm as they are too loose. ( easier to make a dress smaller...cannot make a dress larger). This dress does not have much stretch to it, so getting the right size was important for my curvy figure. The fabric is very lightweight. The red is not see through at all. Overall, a really nice dress for a great price.

You guys. I never rush to write reviews like this, but this dress arrived today and I tried it on and I feel sexier than I’ve felt in years! Haven’t actually worn it for the planned evening yet, so I can’t speak to the durability or long-wear comfort. But on initial try-on, it’s comfy and fits perfectly on my hard-to-fit body (I’m all top, no bottom - inverted triangle shape). Sizing info: I'm 5’3, currently 145#, 36D, small or medium in pants, no a** whatsoever, ordered this dress in medium and it fits perfectly! The material feels sturdy without being thick or stuffy, and doesn't seem to be see-through (at least in the dim lighting I tried it on it). I’m very sensitive to itchy/scratchy materials, and this did not irritate my skin at all. If this holds up when I wear it out, it’s about to become my go-to LBD!

I did not think I would like this dress as much as I did. Love the fit, love the way it’s designed around the neck line and the way the fabric lays. It is some sort of polyester blend. The little slit in the side is cute and isn’t too high. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it seems to fit everywhere perfectly but is a little lose in the arm/armpit area but that could just be me.

I would have had at least a couple inches taken in under each arm in order to possibly make the dress work for me. Not worth the trouble or expenas, so I'm returning the dress.
