I am in the minority as I do NOT like pockets on dresses. I was therefore disappointed to realize this dress has pockets which fall at exactly the widest part of my hips - in other words, not where I want to draw attention. I am actually going to try to have them taken out. The material feels like cotton with a slight texture like a polo-neck shirt. I don't like synthetic/ shiny materials so this works for me. I was not sure which size to order so I took my measurements and based it on the size chart. In general, I am a size 14-16, which puts me in the middle of size L or XL in this dress. Using the size chart, I went with L. It pulls across my belly & hips, but fits well everywhere else, so I think the XL would have been too big. ... show more

I absolutely love this dress. It definitely exceeded my expectations. It's a nice, soft material that isn't too heavy but also isn't see through. For a maxi dress, it's also not super body and has a little shape to it which is great. The size chart is definitely accurate and I ordered my usual size, a small. I'm 5'5" and about 120 pounds. Everything I have from this brand is great. Such soft fabric and cute styling. Easy to wear and wash! This particular dress is a heavier fabric than I usually get from them, but I like it. It's nice since the dress is a little more bodycon than I usually get, and underpants don't show through. Really wanted this dress to work. However as you can see in the picture it is pretty much cut in a straight line. So the top part is too big and the hip would be ok except the top part is so big it hangs over the top of the hip area. This dress is very comfortable and soft. It looks just like the picture and is of good quality. They are slightly oversized and breathable. These would be great for summer or layering. They're cute for pajamas or for lounging around. I would definitely recommend these

This is lovely. I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and although not for maternity I got it in a large enough size that it worked out nicely. It’s really loose and comfortable to wear while also still making you look good.
