This dress is by far one of the best items I have purchased off Amazon. It is super stretchy and flattering at the same time. I love the wide straps to easily cover bra straps. I am a 60yo with a little mid-life tummy pooch. But this dress did not accentuate that area. Usually horizontal strips are not supposed to be flattering but it works on this dress. I would suggest seamless panties that don't cut into your hips (as thongs often do) as this dress hugs your hips. I am 5'6"/125 lbs and the length is perfect. I ordered a size small. First of all, do not let this dress fool you! Once you take it out of the package it looks extremely small, but then you put it on and it fits like a dream. Even though I purchased the beige and white color, there is absolutely no need for shape wear. I am a true believer in sweater dresses for all seasons, but some do require a slip. For some reason, this dress is so light and comfortable but does not require a slip. In my opinion, this is so amazing for a summer dress. It has a nice slit on one side that's just the right height, which is an added bonus.
