This trimmer is amazing. I saw an ad for it on YouTube and truly believed it was calling out to me. I bought and it works amazing!! It’s so quick and easy to use. I mean, just one swipe and shaven. For the record, I am a woman and used it on my sensitive areas. It didn’t nick me or pull my hairs at all. Hopefully, it’ll solve the problem of ingrowns I get from shaving. So I bought my trimmer in December of 2023 after seeing all the raving reviews on TikTok and even on YouTube and when I got it, It worked wonderfully. I’ve used it exactly three times. I’ve charged it twice and made sure I read the manual and followed all the instructions as to how I should take care of my trimmer. Then on the evening of February 5th I go to use the trimmer and I realize the battery is dead. So I get the regular charger that I usually use and I plug it in…… it lights up but not in the way it should…….the lights should be blinking on the power indicator but instead all the lights are on indicating it’s fully charged. So I plug it out to try it out and it’s not turning on now. So I leave it to charge overnight with the hopes that even though all the lights are on and not blinking like it should be….. that maybe in the morning it will work. Morning comes, I go to turn it on and again nothing. Keep in mind I’ve done my troubleshooting, I’ve went to the website to see what I might be doing wrong….. I’ve even contacted customer service and nothing is working. So now not even 2 months later I’ve wasted my money on a trimmer that I thought would be a great investment because now it’s not working and I can’t get a refund or a replacement. A good thing gone bad. I’m so disappointed… and I really liked it🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I’ve changed from one star to three mainly because I got through with meridian’s customer service after nagging a bit… thank you for hearing my cries

I had a manscape mower and the thing was terrible. After it finally died (that’s another story) I vowed to find another brand that works. I read meridians reviews and was able to get same day delivery. Within an hour of receiving it I put it to use and the thing just worked and worked great. No scars and smooth finish. Glad I made the switch and I’d highly recommend. Manscaped is just really good at marketing while Meridian is great at making shaving products

I love this trimmer because it will NOT nic you while using it. My first thought was that it was cheaply made because of the plastic next to the metal trimmer. After my first use, I realized the plastic was there to prevent nics. It will not give you a super close shave but is perfect to use on sensitive areas. I also purchased the case for it but the case will not close when all of the accessories and the razor are in the case together. There is only room in the case for the razor or just the accessories. Listen!. Buy it!. You can literally go all willy nilly with this thing and it'll get the job done with ZERO knicks!!!. ZEEERROOO!. I can do it with my eyes closed, doing a hand stand and even while jumping on a trampoline!. And it's so quiet, I'd use it around a sleeping pride of lions. Just buy it, you will not regret it.
