My fiance ran out of this same cologne but I wasn't trying to spend $100 or more on a cologne. After shopping around, I came across this on Amazon and my lord does it smell just like the expensive bottle he had. The vanilla smells so good and lasts so long! It's my favorite scent on my fiance.

It last super long. The bottles is probably about 6" and it looks as described. I was kind of hesitant when it came to buying this type of perfume online, but it's the real deal! If you like vanilla or an intense smoky, not too strong scent, you'll love this!!!

I want it to try it due to people giving it good reviews, well here goes mine. I like the scent and if you are paying under $50 it’s worth the price but, yes there is a “but”. Let me try to explain the scent, it’s comes in heavy for like the first minute, you will know it’s there but it is not too obnoxious. It’s sweet, semi fresh, slight earthy tones and has some weight. The main note when it starts to settle in it will be that perfumy Indian incense stick scent. I knew I had smelled that scent before I can clearly compare it to satya dragons blood incense sticks made in India, it does not smell like the resin it’s more of a perfume aroma sweet and earthy. I personally like them and burn them often. Here is the “but” I was talking about, many people don’t like this type of incense so it might turn them off, I love it so I don’t have a problem, with the other notes it balances it out and it’s more refined of a scent. It does last quite a while for the price it projects well, people will smell you and it dries down soft and sweet it’s not pungent. It’s more of an evening, fall/winter scent. The bottle is very nice and classy so it does have a good presentation. Overall it’s a good 7.5 as it does well for the price range compared to other brands in the same category. It’s a heavy hitter in its category. There are much nicer scents out there but they will cost you 3-4 times more. This is my opinion only and my take on it. Even though Mercedes is not known for fragrance they did an awesome job with this scent. Not only does it smell incredible but the scent lasts and projects for hours and it stays on your skin and clothes till the next day or two. I will certainly be keeping this fragrance in my collection.

    • Smooth sweet vanilla with some complex spices underneath!

Absolutely nails a masculine but sweet vanilla with a warm smokiness or amber/gold note. I think it feels warm and welcoming; and not overly intrusive. The bottle is pretty large, slightly taller than your average writing pen/pencil but looks fantastic! You can see the liquid on the sides and the presentation is nice to look at, I'll probably keep it out and not stuff it in a drawer. I was a little worried because Mercedes Benz is a brand I consider more of a vehicle manufacture than a fragrance and lifestyle product manufacture but this product impressed me. I can compare it to Commodity Gold [Black] that I was gifted years ago but didn't repurchase due to the price point being too high for me at $125+. Mercedes Benz Club Black is exactly what I've been looking for to replace that and at a much better value! Fantastic buy! I'm very glad I found this as I was considering just rebuying the more expensive product but thought that the Reddit recommendations I was reading must have some truth to them because this product kept coming up as-well as another expensive option -Tom Ford.
