To be fair the product is amazing and it’s super soft and honestly looks nice when wearing it. BUT… the packaging the shipper used was TRASH. The hat was basically folded on itself, and nearly balled up in a tightly wrapped plastic packing material. I was disappointed because it is real fur and thought more care should have been used in shipping. But after about 2-3 days the fur relaxed and fell into place and the hat looks amazing. I was going to return but decided to keep it given the fact that the fur corrected itself after leaving it to breath a little. ... show more

very nice fur. Not as "fluffy" looking as the one in the picture, but still excellent. The fur is a little long and hangs in my eyes. I bought it because it looked warm. It also looks a little "crazy" and wild. It definitely is extremely warm. Unless it is very, very cold, your head will sweat. This is definitely an extreme cold weather hat. Very well made. Definitely will draw looks and comments. It came packed in a bag pretty tight. The fur was definitely flattened. I shook it really hard and it fluffed up really well. Received this hat and the fur is beautiful but there’s a horrible mildew smell. I ordered another one and returning the stinky one. Hopefully the new one doesnt smell.
