I tried these shoes because of their looks and price. Since we do balance exercises in a fitness class, I was unsure if they would allow me to stand on one foot. I was surprised that the shoes allowed me to balance on one foot using the heel and toes to steady myself. So, the comfort and cushioning does not distract from having control over balance, which is a big plus. I do not know how long they will last, but I intend to wear them as long as possible.

These shoes turned out to be the perfect size for my feet. I wear like a 11 in women's and sometimes 12 if it's not elastic but these I've tied only once and now I only have to slip into them and use the handy little hook on the back to pull up on my heel. (ﾟ▽＾*)☆
