Attractive, thin quilt for year-round use in cooler climates, like ours, or for cool nights in warmer areas. Quilt stitching is an attractive amoebe-like pattern. Simple bias binding is of the same navy material as the larger portion of the gray and navy quilt, and the reverse side. The pillow shams are huge, and I am not using them. They will fit king-size pillows but since ours are not, they would just look silly. Menghomeus quilt coverlet 2 pillowcases chevron navy blue king: + Printed fabric is quilted with shiny silver thread. Microfiber is vey soft. + Navy blue coverlet is attractive and versatile. Would look nice in any child's or adult's bedroom. + The pattern combination of yellow + gray chevron with navy blue reverse side reminds me of mountains and water. A good balance, tranquil vibes. NOTE: This is more like a very thin ultra-lightweight coverlet. It is not a medium weight or thick quilt and will not keep you toasty warm in a cold drafty room in winter. Could layer and pair with flannel sheets for warmth though. When I first received it, I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the coverlet and both pillowcases tightly wound up in thick plastic for protection. The corners of the folds of plastic were taped over so nothing can slip inside. I have nothing but fine things to say about this coverlet. This beautiful quilt coverlet is just lovely. The pictures really do it no justice, it’s just more phenomenal in person. I love the sage green with the black background and the white and olive stripes, and the chevrons, crosses, and zig zags. The material is made of polyester and it’s soft and flexible despite its quilt design. My former quilt blankets tended to be stiff because of the stitching, but not this one! It’s thin enough for summertime use when the AC runs cold at night. I love having the blanket look without the feel of having a blanket. ... show more

I liked this set as a gift for my grandson's dad. It is not overly masculine, so as to discourage a co-ed master bedroom, but not overtly feminine so as to look strange for a single man to have in his room. Yet, still coordinated, to show off an organized, neat and tidy man's room. The materials are nice and the craftsmanship is high quality. Lightweight, works best as a coverlet, not as actual blanket.
