They are not very durable. Don’t offer much stability in the ankle area. I wouldn’t wear them outside on uneven surfaces unless you enjoy twisting your ankle all the time. I just wear them in the house like slippers.

These are phenomenal sneaker shoes !!!! The laces are pretty much decorative so you just tie them ones with that will not and then slip them on most of the time. They’re very good put on and takeoff and they grip your feet nicely… Other reviewers are right that there isn’t a lot of padding in the bottom of the shoe… This doesn’t bother me but if it bothers you you can just add an insole and you’d be all set. I tend to wear new shoes around the house to break them in for the first few days and that might be why mine are not a problem in that regard. I’ve had these for probably two or three months now and I’ve gotten them significantly wet several times as well as muddy and everything else you could imagine… Amazingly the heel has not separated from the mesh material that makes up the shoe… Make no mistake these are made of a sort of cloth/plastic mesh so they are not waterproof at all… But the glue that holds the shoe together and the soul onto the shoe seems to be top-notch and I’ve experienced absolutely no separation. Now that most mfrs make glues that are a lot more environmentally friendly the heels often separate from the shoe… Most shoes and sneakers that I buy nowadays just cannot stay together when they get wet… These don’t have that problem at all and I think I’ve use them enough that I know that they won’t have a problem in the future… At least not for the foreseeable future. The nice thing about the mesh material is that it dries really fast, of course if you get your feet wet you’re going to get your socks wet right away because it goes right through the mesh but on the upside they dry so fast it’s not really are you as long as you have another pair of socks handy. The heel/sole is pretty tall so if you’re going through a shallow puddle you won’t get your socks wet as the heel itself is very waterproof. These would also make good indoor walking around shoes however they will squeak on certain floors… I’ve experienced this in certain stores, but most of the time it’s not an issue… And let’s face it any shoe can squeak depending on how it’s made and what floor you’re walking on. Overall I give these my highest rating especially if you can find them under $15. I grab six of them just before they went out of stock and I’m so glad I did… Great value great look I just wish I could’ve gotten more colors. By the way if you don’t like the writing on the little tabs all you have to do is use a sharpie marker and go over the letters once and they fade right out… They don’t bother me at all so I haven’t bothered to do it. ... show more
