I am 5 feet 11 inches, weighing about 173 pounds. I ordered size large, and it fits me well. This sweatsuit is made of 95% polyester, one of the most popular fabrics, and 5% spandex, a synthetic fiber known for its excellent elasticity. The stitching is good, with no loose or skipped threads. The zipper works smoothly. I usually wear clothing that is plain and neutral without any bright and colorful hues. Therefore, when I asked my wife how I looked, she responded that I would attract attention. I think she was a bit surprised by my choice of bright colors. The thing I like the least are the areas with red stripes on off-white. The white color matches better with the bright red and blue colors than an off-white color. I am no fashion expert. I wear clothing based on comfort and not on brand name. Although the colors are a bit too bright for my taste, wearing it is comfortable, and I recommend it.

The picture doesn't do this justice. It really is very nice. my Son says it's size is true and the colors good as are fit and finish. They should provide a size chart which wasn't on the Amazon page. That would help.

The tracksuit fits comfortably and feels warm. I usually wear a large, but I decided to size up to XL, and it fits perfectly. If I had ordered my normal size, the tracksuit would have been too short for me. I'd recommend considering sizing up if you prefer looser-fitting clothes. Overall, I really enjoy this tracksuit. The media could not be loaded. Okay so it’s basically a tracksuit, it’s good for walking outside when it’s not to hot but I wouldn’t wear it while really working out because the fabric makes me sweat way to much and makes me feel way to hot
