Good for restaurant work. These are nice non-slip shoes that I wore working at a restaurant for a while. They are breathable and as a men’s 9.5 these ran true to size. They have an athletic look and are pretty comfortable when you first buy them. Also are easy to slip on and off while tied since they are stretchy material. These shoes are not meant for running or sports and will fall apart if that’s what you use them for. I wore these to play sport after work a few times and pretty much ruined them. Still good value for the price.

The show 100% looks good. I bought a size 13, and I had to work hard at getting the shoes on. There was no "give" room to get your foot in. Once I got them on , after a couple of hours they got more comfortable. I'm guessing there will be a breaking in period. When I first got the shoes on there was no room to wiggle my toes. After a couple of hours I could wiggle my toes inside the shoes.Today was the first day wearing, so I will see if the fit is better tommorw. This will be the determining factor of the will be returned.

Quick addendum to the original post: I walk the dog on trails quite a bit. In addition to being really comfortable, these shoes have remarkable powers in keeping out various trail debris. The older I get, the more important comfortable shoes are to me. These shoes seem to do the trick, right out of the bag. Was skeptical about buying shoes online but, frankly, was too lazy to drive to the nearest shoe store. Sizing was near perfect, and they’re darn near slip-on, slip-off; breathe and flex well. Apart from initial wearing in, should be a quality and economically sound purchase. [ Note, these shoes will be for around-the-house, walking the dog, running errands, etc. Good for the gym or walking; wouldn’t stand up to rigors of serious running. Not sure about durability yet (4/5) but don’t intend any intensive activities in them ]
