My son wore these to his prom. The front of the shoe is very dressy but the back and heel is more casual. Of course you can not see the back and heel due to the length of the pants. idk to go up or down with these. haven't worn them much and don't plan of wearing them often. The removable foot insoles are terrible but I'm hoping that wear in. they are water resistant and non slip.. GREAT for classy FnB work.
