I've seen a mix of great and not-so-great reviews on this item, so I'm guessing that maybe there's some inconsistency in the quality of the finished item. But for me, the fit was great! I'm right at about an XL, and that's the size I ordered. I thought it was going to be tight when I first put my arms through the waistband, but thankfully it was only the waistband that was a bit tighter, as it should be. It's soft, it's warm (without being too warm), and my wife really likes the way it looks on me. I machine washed it, machine-dried it on low, and it came out perfect. No shrinkage or other issues. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the patches on the elbows and similarly colored trim is just normal fabric, where I'd hoped for something a little more durable. But that's not a huge issue, and it wouldn't stop me from ordering the same sweater again. Great weight to wear over a T-shirt on a fall/spring day. ... show more

I thought this was a nice looking garment and still do. Since it just arrived yesterday, I can’t say a thing about whether or not it will last under laundering or vouch for the quality of construction, although it appears to be reasonably good. That said, this is advertised as a men’s garment. The buttons, however, are on the wrong side to be a men’s garment. It buttons like a woman’s garment. ... show more
