Why doesn’t this get mass distribution? This is the best pizza sauce that exists. It is the crushed red pepper flavor, with a little pizazz, that gets perfectly distributed into every bite. It has a slight bit of heat. So all the flavor, a little heat. Want more heat, add more because it doesn’t matter how much you put on, you cannot have too much. You can go at it all night. This is one of our favorite condiments for pizza, hard to find in stores near me which is frustrating. Heat level is just a bit spicy if at that,but not hot and very flavorful. It's a good alternative for people who do not like crushed red pepper flakes.

I love Melinda’s hot sauce. Almost every one of them are amazing, flavorful, and suit a specific need or spice level. This one is no exception. Great flavor, not too hot to where it is overwhelming. However, I just don’t see the need for it. There are many other hot sauces they make that could easily fit this role. The flavor is there, but it’s a bit ….. weird. It’s not bad, it’s just odd it doesn’t taste like the crushed red pepper that could easily be added to a pizza or other dish. That said, this will be a one bottle purchase for me and I will look elsewhere in my Melinda’s line up for something to fill the role of this specific sauce. ... show more

This is not just for pizza. It is by far my favorite “hot” sauce. And it is just medium heat- certainly not hot. Use it on anything where you would use Tabasco, ketchup, salsa, etc. You just have to try this! It’s great!
