The wax was fairly effective-hard to stick to my nose-so I took it off. Used a temp face tattoo then added the wax next to the fake mouth. The spray blood is very messy/drippy. But it does dry in an effective way. Need more practice to get the hang of it. No instructions on how to use-which was unfortunate. The blood elements did stain my hands for a couple days, so be ready to clean up your area from drips.

I tried out this kit for a convention and it worked amazingly for the first few hours, but then it started to peel off despite it having been sticky when putting it on. The fake bood is decently easy to work with but it definitely needs a couple layers to it to make it look good

I have used liquid latex and other SFX makeup for Halloween, but recently decided to get more into it. I purchased this kit to explore scar wax a bit more and use it for my Halloween costume. The wax was easy to work with, but learning to use the right ratio of Vaseline to avoid stickiness was tricky. I think that is mostly just user error and experience though. Getting it to set can also be tricky depending on how much Vaseline I used. The blood in the kit worked nice, but since it was only bright red liquid blood, So I ended up using a different brand of coagulated blood to make it look more realistic
