  • UPDATE: Great Customer Service!!
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 2.75 x
Updated Review: As I promised below, I reached out to the seller to see if they would send me a replacement pair. Imagine my surprise when they responded quickly and promptly sent out a replacement!!! So, true to my word, I am adjusting my review to be 5-starts. Excellent customer service on their part. Very much appreciated! Original Review [Please be aware that you are getting a review from a person who actually bought these!!!]: All of the other reviews are from, well, those who didn't pay for them. That's fine. And I am not saying they are biased either. I'd love to honestly review a free pair of glasses. But what I will do here is honestly review a pair of glasses (well, five pairs) that I bought. I have, as they say, skin in the game. First things first, what's with the AI photos of a variety of guys wearing them? Hmm. Just odd to me. Moving on . . . These are a good value in terms of what you pay and what you get. But that is always a trade-off, right? Oooh. Five pairs instead of four (or even three) for XXX!!! Let's do it!!! Given that these are basically disposable, that is a perfectly fine sort of calculation to make. The glasses themselves? They provide good fit. The slightly wider upper-bar/bridge feels a touch flimsy. The spring-loaded temples move/expand well, so as to fit a variety of head sizes, with the temple tip fitting securely on or around your ear (depending on how you wear your readers. . . you know, down your nose or snug atop it). The glare reduction? Nope. Not even close. None. This is a bit of bluster. But, again, these are (disposable) readers. The lenses? I think they are not selling magnification that they are advertising. Let me explain. I have a high-quality, lab-made, pair of readers that I use for select occasions. They are 2.75. I call these my "control" glasses for the numerous disposable ones I have bought for my car, my office, my pocket, etc. I have also bought at least three different disposable brands on Amazon, each selling three pairs for the price I bought these five. They all pass the "control" test. I should say, passed. Why? Because, over time, I have broken them, lost them, etc. Now this set--and I tested each of the five--has one obvious flaw: if you wear these lower on the nose (so as to look up and see things with your normal vision) they are noticeably blurry. You have to place them square on the bridge of the nose to get adequate, but not quite focused, vision. My guess? These are actually closer to 2.5 or 2.25 and that you would need to buy 3.0 to get truer 2.75 vision. If the buyer is reading this, you can send me another set of 3.0. I suspect you won't. Yeah, I read the fine print. They say that "Products come with a 30-day money back, lifetime warranty." Well, is it worth it for me to try this route? Send them back? Ask for a refund? For the cost? As an experiment, I will contact them and ask them to send another pair. If they do, I will adjust my rating to 5-stars. As it stands, these are four-star disposable readers that do not have the magnification they say they do. And that is sorta' the reason you buy glasses, right? But they will work in a pinch. ... show more

  • Very happy with the fit and quality, if only they were blue light blocking.

  • Perfect for the person who asks every 5 minutes, “Have you seen my glasses?”
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 1.5 x
You know who you are. These are truly blue-light blocking (independently tested with a kit), and are a must if you use your phone and/or computer screen a lot. The only negative I’ve experienced thus far is that, after about 2 weeks of wearing them, the rubber ear pads have a tendency to slide off. Quick fix: I put a single drop of super glue along the end of each metal side piece and slid them back on. Last point – they’re actually reasonably stylish. A lot of readers are just not attractive, and it means we slip them off as quickly as possible so as not to be ‘caught’ with them. But these look pretty decent, and I’m less conscientious of wearing readers now, especially in public. Just my experience. ... show more

  • Lightweight, nice looking, but some seem stronger
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 2.5 x
I got this set of 5 reading glasses for my parents who always seem to be misplacing their readers. With 5, I figure, they can place in multiple locations and are bound to find one to use without looking forever for one. I like these in that they have the spring hinge so that it can automatically adjust to fit a variety of head sizes. The nose pads are adjustable and comfortable on my nose when I put a pair on. I don't quite need as strong a readers yet but my mom tried these out and said that some seemed a bit stronger in magnification than others. These are lightweight and look great on. Comes with one drawstring glasses case and cleaning cloth. ... show more

  • Great Value for Five Pairs of Glasses that Sharply Define Print
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 2.25 x
With five pairs of glasses priced at $23, these are a STEAL. The glasses arrived well-protected in shipping—none scratched or bent. The set came with one cleaning cloth and one soft, drawstring bag. I will use that bag to carry a pair of reading glasses in my tiny purse. These glasses are very lightweight, comfortable behind the ears and on the nose bridge—and most importantly, they translate print into crisp, easy-to-read text. It's a bonus to have the blue light blocking feature. If you've never used blue light blocking glasses before, you're in for a treat. They are so much easier on your eyes since they soften the glare of a computer screen. I’ll scatter the glasses throughout my house and will carry an extra pair with me so that if a friend asks to borrow my readers to decipher a small-print menu, I can valiantly say, “Keep those, I have four more at home!” ... show more

  • The reading glasses are lightweight, and comfortable to wear
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 1.0 x
The reading glasses are lightweight, so it's very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Plus, it fits my face because of the spring hinges. That also makes it easy to put them on and take them off. It fits around my ears and don't slip off, even while looking straight down at the ground. It's a good fit. The glasses are clear, and the magnification strength is perfect. I like that this comes in 5 pack because I keep a pair in different rooms throughout the house and a pair in the car. ... show more

  • Durable Men's Reading Glasses
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 2.0 x
The men's reading glasses with the blue light protective coating on them were better than expected in person. I liked that they made the frames with the spring legs to easily adjust to the size of my face. I found them to be comfortable while wearing them for many hours in front of the computer and for reading items away from the computer. They come with one pouch and one cloth for wiping the glasses to remove smudges. I am pleased with the overall quality of the product and would purchase them again if needed in a different magnification strength. ... show more

  • Good quality readers priced well
Color: 5pcs-black Magnification Strength: 3.0 x
The Meetsun reading glasses have met our expectations and more. Originally, I ordered the 3 powered glasses for my husband. I've been using them as well even though my vision is slightly worse. They're branded as men's glasses but they fit both his big head and my small head as well. They feel sturdy and the lens seem true to the three diopter. My husband said the lens are 3.0 throughout without any drop off in the middle which can happen with some budget glasses. Importantly, they're also comfortable. The price is great for five pairs. We confidently recommend these glasses. ... show more
