Ordered these in XS. I’m 5’3” 105lbs and always buy pants in petite length. I’m around a 26” waist. The drawstring makes the pants easily adjustable and the length is a little long but will be fine with thicker sneakers on. Will be keeping! And I love the neon orange drawstring.

Ended up returning, they were definitely way too big (I ordered a large and wanted something looser than my usual mediums), and the material felt like plastic. The color was as described, but I couldn’t get over feeling like I was wearing a plastic bag.

Scrubs fit fine. However. The string isn’t brown. It is a dark hunter green. So the nice looking contrast with the string that is shown in the pictures isn’t what was delivered. I contacted the manufacturer and they were zero help since I bought off of Amazon

I know my picture is not a good picture of the pants. Love these scrubs. They are reversible which makes the pants fit weird at first but once the draw string is tied. They fit good. My underwear doesn’t show when i bend down (this is something most women’s scrubs do). Material is thin and breathable but not see-through. I have ordered other medline scrubs from other sellers and these particular pants are by far the best fit and the best feel. The quality of this fabric is not only extremely comfortable, but also makes the pants fall/fit differently around the hips and waistline. By far the best medline scrubs I have ever bought. Now I'm trying to find the exact match for the tops. For others looking to buy medline scrubs: I have a very athletic body type, so hospital grade scrubs fit me best, and that's why I choose medline. Others such as grey's anatomy and the like tend to be too snug around my hips and thighs and look unprofessional. So keep that in mind if you're not the athletic body type or if hospital surgical scrubs don't fit your style ... show more

I have to say they are super comfortable. I read a lot of reviews about the fit not being true. I did not find that to be the case I’m 5’8” and 125-130 and small fit perfect with plenty of room. I use them as pajama bottoms so it’s nice to have a roomy light weight material for sleep.
