It’s tough finding lotion for sensitive, combination skin, but this one is incredible! I only need a half pump for my face and another half pump for my neck and chest. It’s a thick white texture when dispensed and spreads evenly over my skin very easily. I absolutely love that this lotion is created with retinol and ferulic acid- and in case you’re questioning the benefits of these ingredients like I was originally, they are listed on the back of this 15 fl oz container, along with directions for use and other ingredients. Only after a minute or so, I feel the lotion tightening my skin and after another few minutes, the lotion absorbs into my skin with minimal residual. It moisturizes the dry areas of my skin perfectly with no need to reapply. It also doesn’t make my already oily skin look/feel more oily. I’m left with more even-toned, softer skin that I can apply make-up on if I’d like to. The order also comes with a 1.7 fl oz 3% hyaluronic acid serum. I only need one pump of this serum to cover my entire face. This serum has a slight scent, compared to the moisturizer that is essentially fragrance free, and is dispensed clear from the pump. It has a cooling effect on my face when applied and makes my face look brighter and healthier overall. I noticed the short term benefits of using these products after the first application, so I’m looking forward to finding out the long term benefits of use.     • I Like These Lotions
This two part lotion kit contains two ingredients that I really like. They are well researched and generally known to be effective to some degree. Retinol is a subspecies of a prescription retinoid. It’s quite a bit weaker than the prescription. The result is less retinoic acid delivered, which is why it doesn’t need a prescription. It takes consistent use over a longer time for results. Hyaluronic acid in the other bottle is used in many products for hydration. Now the question is just how much of the claims made by this product can we expect? Minor, but noticeable is how it works for me. My experience is not a guarantee for you. I expected minor improvements, and that’s good enough for me. A sixty year old isn’t going to look thirty because of this product. As far as I know, there is no product that gets rid of crepe skin. I’m skeptical of products that claim to significantly reduce it. Do your own research on these ingredients and look for real studies, not advertisements. I did and I happen to like this product based on my experience with these products. These are nice lotions and they don’t irritate my skin. ... show more

So skincare always takes a while to show effects. Nothing is instant. But based on reviews on their other items, I took a chance on this. I have sensitive skin and have a very serious skincare regiment. I only ever try one new thing at a time on my face and if nothing breaks out, I give it a month to see results. I've had these for a week So the best thing I can say about both of these things is that I haven't broken out, which is GREAT. The Hyaluronic Acid serum does at least the same thing as my Torriden serum, which is a good sign. It has a very, very light but pleasant scent. Some serums add so much fragrance, it gives me a headache. The body lotion, it is equally hydrating as my Lubriderm lotion. It is thick & creamy but not greasy at all. It is unscented. Again, no breakouts or adverse effects. I have KP on my arms and it can get aggravated, which so far, has not happened. So far, all good things and I will keep using it and update this review as some time passes. ... show more

The Medix 5.5 Fragrance Free Body Cream & Booster Serum is wonderful. The directions say to add one pump of serum (clear liquid) to three pumps of lotion/cream (nice consistency white cream) and rub into your body. I have photos of each step and I was pleased with the easy process of it all, how it was truly fragrance free and how smooth and non-oily that it is; my dry skin LOVED IT and drank it in gladly! Also there were no adverse reactions to it which is amazing. I love so much that it is made in the USA! It is also dermatologist and allergy tested and has no added parabens. My skin has a higher sensitivity when using retinol, so I need to use high SPF. I tried this on my upper thigh for a change. While it's too early to provide results, I'll update if I see a difference after a week. There is no scent. A lot of times skincare with retinol has a very medicinal smell that I don't like, but this one seems to be okay. It absorbs very quickly. No greasy feel. My skin doesn't really feel any softer or much different. I like that it includes aloe in the ingredients. I also appreciate that it's made in the USA. ... show more

This is a great high quality body cream. I love how it moisturizes my skin and makes it feel so soft and smooth. It absorbs into the skin easily and is not greasy. It doesn’t have a scent so it doesn’t over power my perfume.It comes with a booster serum ; hyaluronic acid which helps to moisturize the skin. The lotion contains retinol which which helps smooth the skin and ferulic acid which is an antioxidant and the serum contains hyaluronic acid which I love because it is really effective .
