This is a pretty simple and easy to use headband. Note that this is just the headband, there’s no graduation cap included. It’s basically a small plastic headband with a piece of fabric and double sized 3M tape at the top. The headband is short and skinny, similar to a girls headband, but there are a number of prongs on the inside that both make it uncomfortable and prevents it from sliding down you head. The tape sticks to the bottom of your graduation cap. It works fine to keep your cap in place, but the headband is a little short and tight that, combined with the plastic prongs on the inside, make it feel uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. It is still pretty sturdy, mainly because it has a tight fit. The price is great, and it works as expected. Note that it is single use as it attaches to your cap with tape. Everything is the same color black so it blends well with your graduation cap, and the band is very narrow so it’s not terrible noticeable if you have long hair. ... show more

Wow! This graduation cap headband is simple but mighty. Just two pieces, the headband and the adhesive felt pad, elevates a basic graduation cap to a more stylish and more stable headpiece. I am really impressed with quality and durability of the headband. It's thick and sturdy and has good grip without squeezing into your head. I find it incredibly comfortable even though I have a pretty large head and usually have issues with plastic headbands having too much pressure on the sides. This one is just right. The adhesive felt pad is easy to apply to your own graduation cap (cap not included) and the whole thing holds the cap lightly on top of your hair without having the fabric of your cap smooshing your hair or creasing into your forehead. You just fold the cap fabric in half under itself to shorten the look of the fabric and maximize the look of you and your incredible hair. The black headband looks best with dark hair and is excellent for all textures and styles of hair. I highly recommend grabbing one of these for your graduation.
