I am usually an XL but I hadn't gained much this pregnancy and after reading reviews decided to purchase a Large. Good thing because even those were a little big! I'm a pre pregnancy 14 pant. So if you're torn between sizes I would size down. The band has plenty of stretch for belly! I used these for my last two months of pregnancy for my EMT clinicals. These pants have been marvelous for work! They fit well but do slide a little if I have stuff in my pockets. Only complaint but just may be my build is the band will slide down occasionally if I am bending too much. Otherwise love them!

Perfect scrub bottom! Form fitting. Does run about 2 sizes too big (I am a medium bottoms, 170lbs, 5’5” and 24 weeks pregnant) I purchased xs. Also I am 5’5” and these are on the short side. Would’ve given 5 stars if they made tall.
