These frames look amazing. I started a vinyl collection not to long ago and wanted to display some of the cooler looking vinyls I have on the wall. The problem with these and the reason Im only giving these 4/5 stars is that there are 2 issues I found with this frame. 1) I ordered six of these and wanted to make a nice symmetrical grid out of them. This was a living hell. The little clamps or straps on the back that hold the frame on the wall are not perfectly identical on different frames. So I had to sit there with a ruler and measure out how to hammer in the nails properly so that once the frames were on the wall they would line up properly. Some had an extra cm or two variation compared to other frames so this took some time. 2) It comes with no manual or instructions ( I know that we men dont need instructions cuz instructions are only for wimps), but it was a bit confusing on how to properly install the vinyl into the frame. Its not rocket science but still an inconvenience. In order to maybe help some of you out, when you line up the vinyl in the frame make sure that the vinyl is kinda standing on top of the bottom ridge of the cut out portion of where its supposed to sit in the frame. Otherwise the vinyl can become dislocated when you pick up the frame to install it on your wall and wobble around in the frame. But once you get it up on the wall it looks really cool and for the price of the frame I personally think its worth it. ... show more

Giftable: Yes, this would be a great gift for those that want to decorate their home with their records. This doesn't fit double LP's comfortable, but you can make it work, just keep that in mind. Presentation: Shipping and arrival was prompt, and safe. The frame itself was in great shape, no scratches of the sort. I ordered two for my room, and I'm not really disappointed with the presentation. I wish there was a black background choice instead of just simple white; I feel that it's a missed opportunity. 4/5 Value for money: 3/5. This is a bit expensive for the end product, but I don't feel like you're going to get a much better deal, or for that matter, much luck in finding frames like this in real life. Overall: The frames a bit expensive considering what they really are. (Factory made frames.) But the product works as intended, and shows off your records as well decorations. I wish there was another color instead of the white background; like a tan, black, or even brighter colors. I bought two, but I probably won't buy a 3rd. 4/5 ... show more

I wanted to write this review because I bought this for a two vinyl album. As you can see in the picture, it came out looking great and the thicker album sleeve fit inside the frame no problem. How this frame works is a little interesting and semi-lazy, which is why I am giving it 4 stars (my results may be due to the fact that this isn't really created for a double vinyl album but it still works). You have the glass, then a white thin piece of cardboard that has the cutout for your sleeve and disc that goes against the glass, then you put your actual sleeve and disc in the cutout opening, then you place this thick piece of cardboard that also has the cutouts (only smaller) behind your album which then just uses pressure to keep everything in place once you put the back of the frame back on. I call this "lazy" because it allowed my vinyl to still move around if you did any quick jerks with the frame. I solved this by adding more cardboard behind the vinyl to create more pressure on the disc. Again, this may have only occurred because of the fact that the sleeve is so big since this is a two vinyl album. ... show more

When I saw this for $27, I thought it would be OK and decent enough. But I was wrong. It actually is great. Feels high quality and holds my record and gatefold perfectly! The included mat really looks nice and the frame with the back feels sturdy. The outside actual frame is maybe a tad thin and will flex if you put all the weight on it. But the mounting points are on the back that attaches to the frame, so no worries. I think for $27 you can't go wrong. Although one of the rating options was "warmth". Not sure what that means. Came packaged well with no damage. Super easy to put your record in and get it up on the wall. Overall, this frame looks great and I would highly recommend! ... show more

It is not easy to find a pre-made frame for the album and jacket. I thought I'd have to get a custom made frame, which would easily cost $100. Was excited when I came across this one. Assembly was tricky getting things lined up and I had to put extra material behind the album to keep everything in place. In the end, it looks great and is very affordable. The only complaint is that the glass is plain glass without UV protection. If I had done a custom job, I would have went with non-reflective glass with UV protection. Overall, I am very happy with this and would recommend it. ... show more

I was expecting a much lower quality frame for the price, but it's very sturdy and heavy, the glass is clear, the mat well cut, and the hardware that holds the backing together very nice. My only complaint is the triangular hanging hooks being a bit on the small side. It's a hefty frame even when empty, so I wanted to use solid screws to keep it on my wall; getting the hooks to hang on the screws while holding the heavy frame was a challenge. I left the sample image paper in place underneath the mat and the records, to give the center hole of the record a different color than brown. For the cost, these frames are extremely high quality. They also work with my double record (Pictured: "Shadowrun: Hong Kong"), I pulled iut the record in the top sleeve and inserted some small pieces of rubber behind it to keep it in place.
